Really friendly staff which couldn't have done more.
What was loving was the care and attention and personal 121 chat and keeping me calm as I'm not a lover of hospitals.
All carers and nurses from my stay were outstanding and fun.
Thanks.
- Good care.
- Good pre helpful personnel.
- Good new equipment.
- Personal explaining everything clearly so you know what is going on.
- Improved can be better diagnosis of the first contact with patient (they wanted to send me home when I felt really bad).
Everyone made me feel at ease and explained everything fully.
Supportive and caring.
Fantastic :-)
I have been really unwell throughout my first trimester of pregnancy.
I came into the APAV and was seen by Laura Rutherford (lead nurse).
I would like to say how supportive and wonderful she is. Full of compassion and empathy which made me feel better. The girls HCA and nurses in this dept that took care of me delivered superb care, very attentive and kind ladies. Thank you.
That I found out that I am pregnant.
To improve - to have the main booklet to be explained a bit better.
Welcomed in exceptionally friendly and immediately put at ease.
Procedures were carefully and considerably performed.
Full explanation given after - wards and full care offered and post treatment follow up plan.
I thought the team were fantastic. Couldn't thank them enough.
